Metro North Hospital and Health Service required an endorsed brand following becoming a statutory authority in 2012. This sub-brand needed to link to and compliment the parent Queensland Government corporate identity, while provide enough flexibility to give the service visual distinction as it's own entity.


The tile graphic, which can be seen as a complete or dispersed element, represents the facilities and streams as their own services, but which join together to form a complete whole, supporting the message of 'a community of care'.


North Hospital and Health Service serves a population approaching 900,000 from across Queensland, northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory, The service includes five hospitals, 11 community health centres, oral and mental health facilities and five subacute sites.
